Policies:

All rooms are non-smoking. There are areas outside of each room for our guests to smoke. 

Pet Policy: We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms.

Not all rooms are pet friendly and we allow pets in ONLY 1 room. We allow only one pet in the room, it must weigh less than 40 pounds, and no pet is to be left unattended in the room. Breed restrictions apply. A fee of $25 per night will be added to room rate. Management must be notified of any animal you plan to bring at time of reservation. We ask that you prevent your pet from disturbing other guests and pick up after them. Management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations if more than the allowed number of pets is in the room or it is determined your pet is disruptive or aggressive. Please do not try to sneak pets into our rooms. If our security cameras determine you brought an unauthorized pet into the room, you will vacate the property with no refund of any monies paid and a cleaning/sanitation fee of $250 will be charged to the cardholder.
