Rates are seasonal and based on occupancy. Please call for details or to make your reservation (910-278-1689).

Our rates are based on season, occupancy, and length of stay. The Oak Island Inn does not accept long-term stays. For the best rate, we ask that you call our office. To help protect against fraud and overbooking, we do not accept online reservations. 

Rates:
Rates Starting Memorial Week and Weekend till after Labor Day Weekend:

Rooms with 1 queen size bed starting at $149 per night (occupancy rate up to 2 people)
Rooms with 2 queen size beds starting at $169 per night (occupancy rate up to 4 people)

Rates do not reflect an additional 12.75% tax

Please note, there are room occupancy limits, and rates may change without notice. We do accept one night stays on weekends during the off season. There is a 2-night minimum required for weekends starting Easter weekend, and a 3-night minimum for some holiday weekends (e.g. Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Week/Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend). Feel free to call or email us for any questions.

Cancellation Policy: Please note a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a room during the summer season. In the event you should need to cancel your reservation, we will happily issue you a credit that you have a year to use for a future stay. Simply not showing up for a room and not calling to inform us you don't need the room is considered a "no-call / no-show," and neither a credit nor refund will be issued.

Pet Policy: We have one pet friendly room and availability can be limited, especially during summer season (May-September).

Not all rooms are pet friendly. We allow pets in ONLY 1 room. We allow only one pet in this room. It must weigh less than 40 pounds. No pet is to be left unattended in the room. Breed restrictions apply. A fee of $25 per night will be added to room rate. Management must be notified of any animal you plan to bring at time of reservation. We ask that you prevent your pet from disturbing other guests and pick up after them. Management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations if more than the allowed number of pets is in the room or it is determined your pet is disruptive or aggressive. Please do not try to sneak pets into our rooms. If our security cameras determine you brought an unauthorized pet into the room, you will vacate the property with no refund of any monies paid, and a cleaning/sanitation fee of $250 will be charged to the cardholder. Please call if you have questions regarding our pet policy.

Housekeeping: For the safety and well-being of our guests, traditional/daily housekeeping is no longer performed for stays less than three nights. However, we do have a new procedure, and we'll be happy to convey our changes with you at check-in, via email or phone call.

Check-out time: 11am
